I use a Hed 3 front and use the Bontrager 19mm or Supersonic 20mm and there are ten threads on this. But I’m looking for advice for my rear where I use either H3D or Jet Disc. I’ve been using the Bontrager as well but want to save them now. The 23mm tires tend to rub and cause issues. I’m considering the Conti Attack that is supposed to be a front specific tire. Any other ideas?
Id only ever use the jet disc if i were you and get some fast rolling 23mm tires.

I’ve used conti attack all year last year (and will again this…) without any issues whatsoever on the rear on a disk and 808FC. Not a single puncture. Started using it for the same reason, to solve some rubbing problems on the frame. Worked perfectly.
