I am seeing a lot of posts lately about injuries…It didn’t just happen after your last workout or even you last 2 weeks of workouts…It isn’t your shoes, your bike fit, and/or your swim technique (although it could be anyone of these things)…More than likely (unless you are completely new or made some significant changes in bike, gear ect…), you are doing too much…
Make sure you have some sort of program that addresses range of motion, muscular imbalances, and overall athletism (movement) and then don’t overtrain…
