And Bruyneel said Contador wouldn't win the tour this year

But here we go again with the other teams claiming that Diso is Dopin’. Like they have a chance anyways.

“Contador’s performance is suspicious - very suspicious,” AG2R manager Vincent Lavenu said. “But we can’t say anything unless he’s caught in a doping check. I don’t trust this team. Maybe one day we’ll know.”

Cadel obviously has a chance. I detect brain damage once again.

I think is slim to none. He made up no time today.

Then again, there was no way he was going to make up time today. The TT will sort it out. I’ve got my money on Levi, frankly. I’d love to see him pull out a huge TT. Regardless, those three are your podium. Now it’s just about sorting out who stands where…

Are you being serious? There is a time trial on Saturday. That is where Cadel is going to make up time. None of the GC guys are going to get any time on their rivals on these flat stages…

Now you have revealed that you don’t even know how stage races work.

I was going to hand you a shovel but you are digging your hole just fine without.

good work!

I would say the smart money is on Cadel. Levi has an outside chance but would have to have the ride of his life and Cadel is going to be behind him knowing exactly what he is doing. Of course, Contador can do it but I suspect he will be inexperienced and tired to do another time trial like the first one. Anyhow, we will find out Saturday. I doubt many will turn off their TV’s because of the “scandal”.

I just remember feeling so bad for Levi after he had that dog of a TT last year.

It’s my heart rather than my head that hopes he pulls it off.

True, he has been slowing clawing his way back up.

Not really. I still think he has the legs to pull it off. Cadel is the one that has to pull himself out.

This year he seems to be getting stronger as the Tour progresses. I think he has ridden a very smart race. But, he has to make up a minute on Cadel Evans, another very strong time trialist, although it would seem Cadel might have wasted a little more energy in the mountains than Levi did. Contador really gave it all in the mountains. I think that is why they might all come together. We will see on Saturday. If they are within a few seconds of each other after the TT this will really make the race into Paris interesting with the time bonuses. Another ride like Vino last year in the offing when he knocked Levi out of 5th?
