And again an IM Win for Cervelo by teamTBB!

Now if only their coach stopped calling aero-bikes and aero-wheels something like useless toys, we might be getting somewhere
.

You forgot ST fave, Bjorn 2nd at Timberman

Hi Paulo,

We are making progress in that department as well as athletes AND coach are all very happy with new Cervelo’s (Soloist Carbons and P3C’s), ISM Saddles and HED wheels comming up soon. Lot’s of aero stuff accepted now in teamTBB …

Coach and Gerard had a great meeting as well last month in Switzerland with mutual respect for aero bikes and athletic results.

Thanks for your support, and if you’re ever in Asia, give me a call and we’ll hook you up for some training irides in our teamTBB training camp in Thailand.

Cheers,

Alex

Thank you for your invitation. Fortunately, I’ve done my time in Asia already (2 years), so I get to stay away from it for 20 years. But that time is coming up pretty soon!

Where did you stay?

And why not combine a race, with some holiday and training time with our pro squad in Thailand. Lot’s of fun!

Ciao

After last weeks IM UK Win by teamTBB’s Bella Comerford, today teamTBB and Cervelo are again booking their next IM Win and today in Korea:
Christine Wellington (teamTBB) - 2007 IM Korea Women’s Champion
**** RACETIME: 09:55 In an emotional finish, Great Britain’s Christine Wellington has just crossed for her first Ironman win.

After a lengthly delay in T1 following a tire problem, she recovered steadily throughout the day, taking the lead midway through the bike and streaking home. Chrissie came in 50 mins ahead of our next competitor and after only the first 5 pro male rides. She was riding her Cervelo Soloist Carbon. She normally perform ITU races hence this bike, but after this win in the IM distance we might see Chrissie racing a P3C soon…

I didn’t win any thing at Timberman, but I was riding my P3C about 2/3 of the way to the turn around when Bjorn passed me on his way back to T2 and I can tell you it was a long time before I saw the second place rider. Tim
