Wow… I always liked her, that’s too bad. I hope that she can recover some semblance on a normal life.

I hadn’t heard that name in quite awhile, but remembered there was something fishy( get it) that had gone on. Just found this on her wiki page:
“While Van Dyken was a regular client at BALCO, she has never tested positive for performance enhancing drugs”.
There were a ton of rumors flowing in the early 90’s about Amy, but as it says, never tested positive. I guess that statement means something a lot different now than it did back then. Balco was a bad group of folks, pretty much all of them been busted by now, even Marion Jones.
Sad to hear about her accident though, just some bad luck i guess. ATV’s can be very dangerous, people get too confident and turn them too fast. They just flip usually, the do not slide like many other vehicles…

yeah, that was news to me too, but came up as i was reading her background. apparently gary hall jr. called her out on it more than once.
either way i hope she recovers - sounds like a horrifying injury.
