That’s a real downer but, if anyone can beat this type of thing, it would be someone with her extremely high level of fitness. She’ll prob beat it and come back stronger and hungrier than ever!!!

Wishing Amy and Brandon nothing but the best. I hope they’ll let the ST collective know if there’s anything we can do.

Thoughts and prayers in a very difficult time. As above, if there is anything the collective can do.

I wish Amy and Brandon the very best in kicking AML to the curb and making it your best victory, yet, for Team Marsh.

Cross-posting from Brandon’s blog:
Really sorry to be reading this; sending positive thoughts your way. My wife and I joined a bone marrow registry earlier this year when our daughter’s classmate was diagnosed with leukemia. In addition to thoughts and prayers, this is something else people can do that could really help Amy.

My wife is 5 1/2 yrs out from a stem cell transplant for AML and is doing great. It was literally a life saver.

Healing thoughts and prayers going out to Amy.

Very sorry to hear this. Healing thoughts and prayers to Amy and Brandon.

Healing thoughts headed to Amy and Brandon from a Lemmon.

My thoughts are with her too. Bummer

Really tough break, but sounds like they got it early and in a stage that should be treatable. Hey Brandon, if you get to this thread, tell us what the weird blood values were that seemed kind of off to you. Could be helpful to others, like you said, all triathletes get tired…

Best of luck Amy, cancer will not even be able to suck your wheel…

Sad news, best of luck to Amy.

I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with AML. Treatment has been a long road and he has a ways to go, but it looks like he is in remission. It is beatable.

no, no, no.
