Alternatives to garmin "training center" program?

Was wondering if anyone here knew of a free program where I can upload my garmin running data. I don’t need a computer training log, as I keep all my workouts on paper. I’m just looking for something I can analyze my runs with. Garmins program is a bit too generic and I can’t pinpoint paces from their graphs?
Thanks

Google a program called SportTracks. Great program and a lot more flexible then GTC. go to dcrainmaker.com for more info on SportTracks, there are a few great writeups on his blog.

Also the online log from http://www.runningahead.com supports automatic upload of Garmin tracks. I use it as my main log and SportTracks as a backup.

x2 on SportsTrack…I don’t have anything from Garmin on my laptop and it works great!

I’m also a big fan of Sportracks. I’m uploading the data from my 310xt into Training Center and then creating an export file, then importing into Sportracks. Is there a shortcut that I’m missing?

Can you create workouts in Sporttracks?

No idea. I’ve never tried to create workouts in any program

The latest version of SportsTrack lets you upload directly from the Garmin. I also use www.Buckeyeoutdoors.com for my training plans. You can also sync buckeyeoutdoors online with sportstrack on your PC. This combo has everything I have ever needed.
