Well, not quite what I meant exactly.
Allergy shots & medication are the answer to allergies. Mostly allergy shots, building up your resistance levels.
The surgery comes into play with other sinus issues.
For me personally, there are other structural sinus issues that complicate the allergy situation, and make matters tough whether or not allergies are in full swing.
Narrow passages, deviated septum, mis-shapen turbinates, etc…
Kind of hard when you are running full effort, and you have to breathe through your mouth. Makes you feel 10x more tired than you really are.
