So my roommate, after talking with someone else that has done this, decided to take some Chocolate Outrage Gu and combine it with peanut butter on top of a bagel. Also, reading the Honey Stinger website they recommend using their gels as toppings on toast, etc.
Has anyone else tried this or used gels for something other then working out? I can’t imagine. My body consumes enough gel now to assume it’s a major food group. I don’t think I need ot find new ways to take them in.
