Just got the new Specialized Tri Suit. It is VERY comfortable, fits great except for the arms/shoulders. I am scrawny and skinny there and the arm sleeves ride/scrunch up pretty badly.
Has anybody ever taken a suit to a tailor for alteration? Any words of wisdom?

At least in my part of the planet, seamstresses don’t want to touch stretchy tech fabric with a barge pole for concern over wrecking an expensive suit.
I have gone to a terrific seamstress, and it was great. Totally worth it. If you can find someone experienced with, say, ice skater costumes, so much the better.
Yes, a good seamstress can do anything you want. My wife is a good seamstress, and has several surger sewing machines, that does a factory job. I routinely have her cut an inch or two out of the sides of my tri tops, and then sew them back up again, nice and skin tight.
