I’m trying to fund the purchase of a Selle SMP Strike Evolution (or maybe Composit), so these have to go. If you’re interested, let me know.
Profile Design Tri-Stryke: This one has ~200 miles on it, but is in very good condition. No noticeable wear. No damage. You can see where it’s been clamped if you look, but it’s nothing drastic or out of the ordinary. CrMo rails. All black with red/while logo stitching on rear wings. Great padding & very functional cutout, just too thick in the nose for my preference. $45 shipped to CONUS
Cervelo TT: Made by Selle Italia, and, supposedly (according to the Bikesport review of the 2006 Dual), this is the same saddle as the Selle Italia SLR T1, but w/o the titanium rails. A very nice saddle & looks sweet with the carbon-ish weave, but just a little wide in the nose for me. Nice thick, firm padding on the nose. This one has ~25 miles on it. Looks new. $50 shipped to CONUS
Fizik Arione Tri: Brand new, never mounted, but w/o the packaging. (I had the opportunity to try this model, liked it, ordered this one, then found a saddle I liked better.) One of the more popular saddles out there. Titanium rails. $100 shipped to CONUS
Sale pending on the Tri-Stryke to one of our northern neighbors.
Just to clarify… I’ll gladly sell to non-US parties, as long as you’ll cover the shipping difference. When I stated shipping to CONUS it was just to give a starting point, since I’m in the US.
If you’re really looking for one of those crazy SMP saddles, I might be able to get you a good deal on one. The store I do fits for has a couple, and would probably off them for a good price.
PM me with contact info, and I can pass it on to one of the accessories guys who can hook you up…
Actually the buyer (me) assumed that all Arione’s were the same and didn’t realize that the Tri was not the Arione that he wanted…guess I should have done some more research before I said GO. Apologies x 1000.
