Absolutely! He’d been looking a bit of a dough boy recently but now looks in fine racing trim.

Blue - Indeed, that was a very interesting interview. I thought it was cool that Ali talked several times about how he breaks everything down, and just looks toward accomplishing all of his workouts, races, etc, in very small chunks. Someone (can’t even remember who or where) gave me that tip many yrs ago and I’ve used it ever since. ![]()
