I see a bunch of these 2013 QR bikes listed as a complete bike. Anyone with experience on these via Alibaba? They range around $1000-1700.

Indeed. The “seller” is listed as Guru, which is a legit Canadian bike manufacturer based in Laval, Quebec. The phone number seems to be in British Columbia (area code 250), probably a Chinese relay of some sort.

Not even with a 10" pole.
