Alcatraz relay

Has anyone figured out how to sign up for the Alcatraz relay? The application is supposed to be up now, but there is no sign of it.

Corporate Relay Team * Before 1/1/04 $200 per person * 2/1/04-2/28/04 $200 per person * After 3/1/04 $200 per person

(All 3 legs of the relay must be paid for relay team to complete registration and receive confirmation)

Available December 15, 2003, 5:00PM PST

Cathy, did they do the drawing early(see Goodtime thread)? The website says 5pm CST on 12/15/03.
