Anyone know of a thinner replacement pad for the bontrager XXX Lite Carbon bar? I have a Hed arm rest from my HED flip lite bars…it almost fits on the mount but the holes almost match up ( I though about drilling the holes out…but not sure if it is a good idea…any experience with this?) I like my set up on the bars…but the pads are a bit too soft…any ideas?
or…does anyone know the 3M product that Hed uses for their arme rest pads?
Mouse pads. Go to staples or office depot. Look for something that looks like the right thickness and density. Get 1 or 2 and cut 'em up.
fizich (spelling?) is now selling arm pads. some sort of gel material and you cut them down to fit your aerobars. I’ve got some on order through a bike shop to replace my arm pads.
