Aero post/work stand

My p2 aero post doesn’t fit in my work stand clamp. There looks like there are 2 adapters available for aero post, but neither are specifically for Cervelo.
Does anyone have any experience with these? Or do you know of any other adapters?

Which stand? Could you get a new clamp? Newer stands tend to have wider mouths and a channel for the leading/trailing edge of aero posts.

I’ve used the Trek adapters on Trek posts and they’re good.
