Hope some one can help! just purchased the above frame over here in the UK (builds into a very nice bike!) but one question it only comes with a round pave seatpost? Most of the pics I have seen have been with a bladed post which appears to fit inside the seat tube? The question is can this be bought in the US? If so where from…

I just got a transition comp. Specialized apparently ran out of the carbon aero seatpost. They are supposed to be sending it to my LBS when they have some…who knows when that will be. You should contact whoever you bought the frame from and make sure you’ll get it.

Specialized stopped supplying the Transition Aero post because it had a problem with the alignment of the saddle and a problem with the saddle breaking loose. These problems can lead to failure in the post making them dangerous to ride. This is from an email from Specialized to me when I inquired about the aero post.
