Aero Position and sciatic nerve pain

I have experienced this off and on over the years and it has always frustrated me. Any suggestions such as positioning on the bike that might help will appreiated. PS- I race Dualthlon’s, the bike leg usually around 30-40K. Also, I do stretches for this area so its not like I don’t stretch.

I’ll bet $20 that your saddle is too high or that your front end is too low/far forward.

I agree, I had the problem last season. I lowered my saddle and so far this year have had no problems at all. Remember our season is pretty much year around out here. :~)
