Aero Bars and Fast Forward

Currently have a 54cm 2006 Allez Triple with a Fast Forward seat post and Aero Bars. Does anyone know what the speed difference would be for road bike with Fast forward vs an entry-level tri bike(P1 or S32)? Most of the past wind-tunnel tests only tested aero bars without a FF. Recently test rode a 51cm P1 and it seems a little faster, but didn’t have GPS on. Currently doing sprints, but looking to do a HIM next year.

Last year before FF, averaged a little over 20mph for 18mi w/500’ ascent/descent at Malibu. At LA Tri Series in April averaged a little under 20mph for 14mi with 900’ ascent/descent. Bike seems faster now especially on flats. Can hold 22-24mph on flats. Ran 7:45 pace for both runs. Malibu is 4mi flat course and LA Tri 5k w/450’ ascent/descent. Still in Base mode for both Run/Bike training.

The definite benefit for the tri bike would be the handling, the Allez is a bit unstable now on steep descents. Just wondering how much more speed can be extracted purely from the bike.

Thanks.
