Recently picked up a pair of Profile Design Sonic Stryke Aero Bars. Nice bars. Need guidance on spacing/width between the bars.
Now i am not a certified fitter, but I have been to a couple and the key is to be narrow. But the elbows should basically block the knees from the wind. If the elbows are too narrow the knees will be in the wind anyway and chances are the narrowness will not be very comfortable. If they are too wide you’ll be scooping up the air. There might be an article about this on the slowtwitch home page, but I might be wrong. Sorry but that’s all I got for you.
