Any advice for fitting and positioning an ISM Adamo saddle?
When I switched to an Adamo I had to change the positioning of the saddle in a few ways. I had to move my seat post a little lower (because the rails on the Adamo sit a little higher than my old saddle). I also had to move the saddle a little forward compared to my old one. Other than that I just keep the saddle perpendicular to the ground. No fore or aft tilt needed for me. Enjoy
There was a thread on this not too long ago. You might try a search.
I put my seat about 1/4" lower and about 1.5" further back. By ‘back’ I mean the tip of my traditional seat was about 1.5 inches further forward than the tip of the Adamo. The tip of the adamo is one of the two prongs that you sit on. Another way you could measure the setback would be to start with the distance from the widest point of each saddle to the bars is the same distance.
