any suggestions on a model to buy? Does anyone know of one in a 60 or 70mm model? What’s the best bang for your buck? Thanks for the help in advance.
60 to 70mm seems very short. Check this link out:

I messed up. I meant 60 or 70mm as in the length of the stem. Sorry
Look makes one, pretty expensive, but adjustable in all diresction (fore/ aft/up/down).

The Look Ergostem worked well.
If you don’t tighten and retighten it to the point where starts to slip. Although it is sort of heavy and sometimes slips regardless of what you do, i still suggest this product at least for fitting purposes and if you wanted to after that you could get a custom made stem… perhaps from calfee, Craig makes great stuff, made to order.
There is an adjustable stem on sale at Nashbar for $25–right now. It comes in 95 110 and 125 mm lengths. Once your figure out what the angle is, you could find a fixed stem that approximates that.
I have used one to slowly lower my aereobars. I think they are about right, now.
My Look Ergostem seemed to slip alot at the middle joint. Several good mechanics (a few who visit this forum) tried to get it to the point where it would not slip, but it still would slip from time to time. the ergostem even slipped on during IMF, leading to a progressively lower postion as the race progressed.
Fortunately I will not need to use the ergostem this season. I am switching to a bike with a shorter head tube and I will be able to achieve a position low enough with semi-normal equipment.
