I have a pair of the 404 non-dimpled rims with green Chris King hubs in a 28 spoke pattern. They are both tubular without tires and have about a thousand miles on them. Perfectly maintained by a mechanic who had bulit them up. DT single butted spokes with DT brass 16 mm. length nipples. The front is radial and the rear is 2x, radial. I am asking 1200 for the pair plus shipping and will overhaul the hubs before they travel. The cassette body is in great shape due to the red cassette that I ride (no marring).
