I bought the adamo tri version awhile back and ended up selling it because it was painful when riding in the non aero position. Other than that when riding on the aerobars it was great. I noticed that they have a road version out that has more padding at the rear. Has anyone tried it yet? I am thinking about giving it another go.

I bought the road version. The shop put them both on, and I preferred the road over the tri. From what I could tell, the “forks” on the road were a little farther apart, which fit me better.
I didn’t evaluate them for comfort while sitting up - but I can tell you the road doesn’t have much padding either.
I’ve only spent 30 min on it so far, so I can’t give a full evaluation (other than to say that at least for those 30 minutes I was “numb free”!)
A couple more notes - I got the gray one on the far left. The road version is also something like $40 less!
