Adamo Nose on Transition Rack

Will it hold the bike up? My saddle is too far forward to use the rear hook, but need to know before I get to transition if I need to figure something else out. Handlebars are out as well because of the front bottle.

you put the bike on the rack by the back of the seat-look closely, you will notice it has a little “hook” like structure on the under side of the bike.

If I remember correctly I had to use the lip on the back of the saddle.

Again, the lip/hook on the back of the saddle will not work because my saddle is too far forward and the seat post interferes.

If I remember correctly… I had trouble with the rails sliding off the rack when I tried to mount it with the front of the saddle. But I also store my spare tube/CO2 under the seat. Sorry no help.

Yes. The nose has held my bike up for two seasons with no problems.

It will work and I’ve done it on occasion, although how well depends on the actual rack. Even with an aerobottle I often have to use the bars to rack as it’s the only bit of the bike low enough, I swear those racks are built by bloody midgets…
