Chalk up ISM saddles in the same league as DeSoto in the customer service department! Had a slight issue, emailed them on Saturday and received a reply a couple hours later! Dave from ISM has already taken care of the issue, and on a weekend! Kudos for not only making what I think are the best saddles (I have a Typhoon), but backing them up as well!
