A useless observation about "Office Space" and "Dodgeball"

The same actor plays Milton in “Office Space” and Gordon in “Dodgeball”:

I notice this about a week after learning that Mitch’s boss in “Old School” also plays Locke in “Lost”.

Another useless and redundant observation.

Office Space was clever and hilarious, Dodgeball was juvenile and unfunny.

You sir are wrong. Dodgeball is hilarious.

I’m watching it right now while having a “the week is over” beer, and I couldn’t be happier.

"mumble, stutter, stutter, mumble, “thats, thats, my stapler?”

Even more trivial, the same actor also played the part of Jimmy Jameson the television series (1995-1999) Newsradio that also started the late Phil Hartman as Bill McNeal!

You sir have beseeched the glory and honor of my thread for most useless and pathetic random piece of knowledge.

I don’t know what that means, but I wrote it and stand by it.

"Even more trivial, the same actor also played the part of Jimmy Jameson the television series (1995-1999) Newsradio that also started the late Phil Hartman as Bill McNeal! "

Even more trivial, NewsRadio also starred Joe Rogan of “Fear Factor”, Maura Tierney of “ER” and “Liar Liar”, and the current host of “Celebrity Poker” and former Kids in the Hall Alumni Dave Foley.

Great show.

He’s also the voice of Bill, Hank Hill’s neighbor on King of the Hill. He’s been in quite a few movies and is very funny. Stephen Root.

Pfft, DUH! Even I knew that.

I didn’t get my paycheck.

"Pfft, DUH! Even I knew that. "

Did you know that, even more trivially, NewRadio also guest starred Patrick Warburton (formerly David Puddy on Seinfeld) as Jimmy James’ nemesis Johnny Johnson? He was also the voice of the Tick on the cartoon show.

How can we not be mentioning Andy Dick?

By the way - the show jumped the shark with the addition of Jon Lovitz.

How can we not be mentioning Andy Dick?

Because we’ve been talking about people who are funny.

"How can we not be mentioning Andy Dick? "

I try not to mention his name outloud.

We could also mention Khandi Alexander who is now on “CSI Miami”, Lauren Graham who moved on to “Gilmore Girls”, and Vicki Lewis who mostly went on to do voice work (Finding Nemo). Anyways, I thought Andy Dick went straight downhill after News Radio.

Funny, I thout it was a cause and effect sort of thing - i.e. Newradio went downhill because of Andy Dick!

more Andy Dick… http://www.big-boys.com/articles/presidential.html

I bought the Ben Stiller Show on DVD - Ben Stiller, Andy Dick, Janeane Garofalo, and Bob Odenkirk. It’s not as funny as I remember it, Free to the first person (US) who PMs me with a mailing address.

So we have Maura Tierney of ER to George Clooney also of ER who was in Ocean’s 11 with Julia Roberts who was in Something to Talk About with Keira Sedgewick who is married to KEVIN BACON. I win…kj

And I believe he was the voice of Superman in the commercial with Jerry Seinfield.

How can we not be mentioning Andy Dick?

By the way - the show jumped the shark with the addition of Jon Lovitz.

Yeah but Jon Lovitz was added to the cast only because Phil Hartman was sort of unavailable.

So we have Stephen Root of NewsRadio to George Clooney in Oh Brother Where Art Thou, who was in Ocean’s 11 with Julia Roberts who was in Something to Talk About with Keira Sedgewick who is married to KEVIN BACON. I win…kj

I think played an interesting little freak in “Less Than Perfect” or as we call it “The Bridget Jones Show” / “The Show with the Moderately Hot Chubby Redhead.” Of course, he wasn’t acting - being a little freak in real life - he was just remembering lines.

I saw Sarah Rue on Celebrity Poker once … what a potty mouth she has!!! Thumbs WAAAAY UP!!!
