A special thank you to synchronicity

Dear synchronicity,

I would like to publicly thank you for having a link to this in your signature.

Simply put, it’s the best training advice I ever read. Everyday I read triathlete’s blogs and posts here on ST and that simple thought just pops in my mind.

Priceless.

I love that clip.

TEAM HARDEN THE F*&K UP RULES!!!

Does that mean we shouldn’t take rest weeks?

LMAO!

You’re welcome Paulo.

Living in Australia for 6 months changed my perspective on a few things.

I don’t know who Chopper is…but that’s funny. Sounds like some of the older guys at the pool who’ve been racing since the 80’s: nutrition?! Powerbars?! Gels?! Carbon anything?! Dammit when we were racing there were no sissy aero bars, no clipless pedals, and you sucked it up with PB& J sandwiches and coke…that’s the only nutrition we had! Fat & sugar is all the fuel you need if you’re going hard enough!

Body fat yes, fatty food no… that will shut your stomach down.

Chopper is comedian Ronny Johns (I think that’s the right spelling) from Australia.

Welcome back Paulo. Glad to see you’re posting again. Had to keep it above 10 per, eh?

I know exactly what you mean. Triathletes should be as tough as Footballers.

I love that video and have been replaying it in my mind all day. I know it’s going to come to mind the next time I’m hurting in training. Thanks!

It’s not that… how can I stay away from a place with people that one day send me a free tubular tire and the next are calling me an asshole, eh?

Well based on this: http://www.biketechreview.com/tires/images/AFM_tire_testing_rev6.pdf

I don’t really see the difference. Now if it was a VF Record I would get your point…
