A shout out to xterra wetsuits

I ordered a vortex 3 on sale last week and was surprised to get a notice that it shipped the very next day. There was a notation on the dropdown list that said my size wouldn’t be available until October. So I get my box today and guess what? They were out of what I ordered and sent an upgrade- Vector Pro x2. As of today I am officially an xterra customer for life and all my friends are gonna be GREEN when I show up at the lake in it tonight!
This is how a company builds respect; exceed the customer’s expectations!

update: I wore it for our weekly OWS and it was even better than I expected. Very comfy and super fast. Fits like a glove.

I bought Velocity ++ from them recently and had to replace it due to wrong size. To cut the story short, I am customer for life also. I can’t wait for my Helix to “go away” so that I can get Vendetta. I will not swim in any other manufacturer suit after experiencing their customer service.

I had a similar experience a year or so ago. Thay went way above and beyond to make sure I stayed in Xterra.
