I may be misinterpreting your post, but you can still get the Slowtwitch bike kit. I didn’t know it existed outside the ST events until I saw this. I immediately tried to get it, and bingo, I am now sporting ST gear on the bike. I’ll try not to embarrass ST or myself.

No definitely not disabled. They just don’t add any new promo codes in game to unlock stuff anymore.
A list of Zwift promo codes for kits is linked through ZwiftInsider. I had no idea how many kits were available - and the changelog on that ZI page ends in 2017 - so maybe it’s way out of date? FWIW, just a few minutes ago, I used the P in game and SLOWTWITCH and the ST cycling kit showed up in my garage. A redesign compared to the old ST kit I had previously (and that old kit is shown in the ZI kit/promo code page).
