Once again I have been blown away with the amazing customer service from Renn Multisport. @ the End of last season, my disc (still on warranty) had developed a wobble. I emailed frank, he told me to send it to him. He then sent me a brand new 575 to replace the old one. There was a minor problem with the freehub on the new disc, so after an email, he UPS’d me a brand new freehub @ no charge.
This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back to companies. I have been more than happy with the product, but it’s the personal touch like this that makes me even happier i bought a Renn.
