A HUGE thank you to Frank @ Renn Multisport

Once again I have been blown away with the amazing customer service from Renn Multisport. @ the End of last season, my disc (still on warranty) had developed a wobble. I emailed frank, he told me to send it to him. He then sent me a brand new 575 to replace the old one. There was a minor problem with the freehub on the new disc, so after an email, he UPS’d me a brand new freehub @ no charge.

This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back to companies. I have been more than happy with the product, but it’s the personal touch like this that makes me even happier i bought a Renn.

I second that. Our experiences with Frank and Renn have all been positive. This is not an easy thing for Frank to be able to maintain considering the company is relatively small and demand is very high.

The key thing is that he actually cares about what is going on- and that makes all the difference. The wheels are super nice too, and a bargain. I love selling them- customers love them.

I just got me one mainly because of stories like that.
