I was so astonished and shocked to see a woman I had not seen in about 3 years this past summer. She is a trainer and was always a nice balance b/t strong and feminine. Very lean and fit. She has since turned into a body building maven, packed on at least 40 pounds. She is frightening looking with masculine features starting to creep into her appearance.
