A day at the race

So, I rack my bike in T2 and the whole damn thing starts to fall. There’s only maybe five bikes on it with plenty more to eventually arrive. So, I’m holding it up with one hand while trying to put my running shoes on with the other. A relay gal sees my predicament and comes over to help reset the rack. Who knows how much time I lost. It was an Oly distance and I got second. The winner passed me with less than a mile to go.

that’s good karma if i’ve ever heard of it. it takes a real man to do good for others at his own expense, with complete anonymity. be proud.
