Assuming retry a few times didn’t work (and assuming that you see/saw a little light from each P1 pedal to indicate it’s on), try:
A) Putting the watch next to the P1’s
B) Fully turning off the 920XT and turning back on. Perhaps the ANT+ stack is hung or something.
C) Then re-scan.
