Does anyone know a good 8 week training program for a 70.3? Can go hard, but I don’t have a clue how to work smart at this sport.
I can take a hint, but I can’t decide if this topic has been beaten to death or if you’re telling me I won’t be ready in 8 weeks.
I have no clue, but I’ll throw something out anyway.
You could look through Matt Fitzgerald’s book of plans and determine if you have enough base to pick up at week 13 of a 20 week plan.

I’ve seen it in most of the large chain bookstores.
His plans have got more high intensity focus than others. His run plans have too much speedwork for me, so I usually substitute regular or tempo runs instead on those days.
