I know this is a dated request, but do you still have the 650c tubular tire for sell? From your description sounds like its never been ridden.

Hello Rob,

I think I still have it. Let me double check tonight at home and get back with you tommorrow. I got the tire when I purchased some wheels, and yes it was never ridden on just a layer of glue.
