Has anyone seen or heard of there whereabouts? Are we going to see them this year or is this just a pipe dream?
I’m picking my 56 up today…I heard they built the bigger ones first…but maybe they started with 56…
We started shipping 58cm frames a few weeks ago. Same with the 51’s.
thanks gerard!
Gerard,
In your opinion should a rider 6ft tall with 33" inseam get a 56 or 58?
Depends, impossible to say via e-mail. You may have noticed I never participate in the “critique my fit” posts, as I think they are silly. You can’t do a fit that way. It would be nice if you could though.
Ah, point well taken…thanks much.
Hi Gerard,
My buddy Butch, a USCF masters national champion in the time trial, has been waiting several months for his 58 P3C frameset, any idea if you are shipping 58c frames to San Diego? To Trek San Diego or Hi-Tech.
Thanks
Gary
About an hour ago I received the call I have been waiting for from TRIZILLA my 58 P3C has arrived…yeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Gerard,
Of course you can’t do a proper fit that way. You need more precision equipment such as a goniometer, power meter, etc. and even a windtunnel if you can afford it.
Even more important IMO, each individual rider should have full physical exam to test individual muscle flexibility, pelvic levelling/rotation, neck range of motion, leg lengths, pronation/supination, etc. etc.
But don’t you think that it’s possible to probably do a general ball park fitting or tell if somebody is way off base providing the camera is set up properly to take the photos.
I don’t think anybody posting photos here is looking for a full fitting but just a general idea.
Besides, what else can I do with my protractor?
