I recently won a 54 cm Fuji D6 frameset. I’d love to make it work for me but I’m 6’ tall with a 35" inseem and a 26.5" torso. I’ve been told that a 56-58 would be best for me, but I’m hoping the 54 is a possibility as I can not trade for a larger frame.
Without looking at the geometry, I’m saying it won’t fit great. I’m a 54 on most frames at 5’8" some a 52.
Personally, I 'd try to sell it, use the funds to buy something that will fit better.
From the Fuji site, a 54cm frame is a medium. The ST database has that as a 509 stack and a 402 reach. Whether this works for you or not would be down to your personal build etc, but you might be able to get away with it. If you have typical proportions, the reach might be a little short, but you could probably make it work with a longer stem.

Is the 54 a possibility for me?
Thank You
Those proportions tell me that you are long legged. A shorter top tube is going to work for you. Without looking at the specific numbers of that bike or knowing exactly how low you are going to go, I’d say a 54 is definitely a possibility for you.

I have not been able to find the specs for this specific frameset.

I am just a little bit under 6’ and am riding a 54 P2C. My legs are a little shorter than yours and my torso is a bit longer. The 56 didn’t allow me to get as low in the front as I wanted to. The 54 fits me great. I would think a 54 TT could work for you. It really all depends on how you are set up the bike. I would think that a 58 would be way too big for you.
I am just a hair under 6’, and with similar long legged proportions and ride a 54 in all of my bikes. I did not take the time to look up the specific geo of the Fuji, but is is certainly a possibility. My guess is that you will need a longish stem and some high set aerobars, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. In my experience if you are tall-ish and long legged people tend to overestimate their eyeball fittings. I am always told I “should” be riding a 56 at a glance, but I am always happier (thus far) on a 54. YMMV.
Depends on how you ride your bike. I’m 6’1" and ride a 54 cm Cannondale Slice. It’s a 2005 aluminum version when they were a little steeper and longer in the top tube. I ride it at 78 degrees and it fits well.
Be best to see a fitter. You asking for affirmation, and of those answering you, you do not know their qualifications or anything else. Of course you can make anything fit, is that wise? No one knows your flexability or anything else…Though some are saying a 54 can fit, think of this, who are 56,58,60,61 frames made for if a 54 is for someone 6 foot. Think about it…Again, you can “Make” it fit.
i’m 6’ with a 33 1/2" inseam and ride a Med/54 in every frame i’ve had for a long time due to the longer leg/shorter torso. seems to me like you would be even better suited to a 54 than i am !
Thank you to everyone for the replies. I planned to use this forum to determine if I should build out the bike since I only have the frame. So far the postings are heavily in favor of the frame fitting me. I’ll likely build it out and then get a fitting. Thanks again. More postings still appreciated.
I would do it the other way round. Get the fit to determine whether the bike frame will be big enough, then build it up to the correct spec or sell the frame.

I guess this is what I meant. Fit first, by a shop with a fit bike. That way when you get your fitting done, they aren’t “trying to make it work.”
I think most people are telling you it will work, because lots of people in your situation are responding. I would imagine the bulk of riders on a bike with similar stack and reach are around 5’10".
X2…especilly why others are responding…When someone 6 foot says they are ridinga 52, I think, Geez, that bike company does not make bikes for anyone under 5’5". Conversely, the bulk of there sales must be to people over 6’2"…You are spot on
