5 training tips I've learned from reading the forum

  1. I ONLY ride and run outside.

  2. I rock in the water. I love to swim. I swim 5 or 6 days a week. I fantasise about growing gills. I would get cosmetic surgery to web my feet. I’m getting a wave tattoo. Swim swim swim.

  3. I don’t get sick.

  4. Carbon doesn’t make you faster? But it looks like such a fast weave and it’s so damn light. I don’t care - carbon is cool anyway.

  5. I don’t think.

Opinions are like you every one has one…

Have a good run.

I love A$$HOLE!

come on! not a point about shaving or hair removal. You’ve learned nothing! Slap!

Will shaving my head, shaving my legs and using depilatory cream on my upper back make me go faster?

Not if you do this while you are racing. ;

You forgot about the great Lance/Jan debate!

Set goal to train at least half as much time as you play on the web.

I thought about getting my feet webbed, too. And my hands, though not quite as seriously. Do you think you would be allowed to compete in the Olympics (or any major sporting event) if you had elective surgery to web them and were really stinking fast as a result? I’ve often wondered about that…

Ok I really have never had that thought until the half second as I was typing that out. I can’t imagine that the few milimeters of space between your toes makes a bit of speed differens.

But in all seriousness shaving absolutly is a good idea.

Sadly, you speak the truth.

I can take of syndactylizing (webbing) your feet for 'ya - Hell, I’ll even do it for free just for the novelty of it
.

That would explain why there are 300 posts on saturday and sunday mornings that were made between 8am and noon - all talking about getting faster, compact cranks, carbon this etc.

I’d say you’ve pretty much got it.

Nice…

Too damn funny.

I’ve learned that words can be pronounced the same but spelled differently. Wait- I learned that in 4th grade.

gotta love this sarcasm - good stuff

Amen. Well written (except the minor typos hee hee).
