So over a year’s worth of B12 in one little 4 ounce shot of this stuff? What does your body even do with that? This stuff seems to be popular but I have to think, why?
Is it dimpled?
I’m pretty sure you could see your urine from space after drinking that.
I mean really, that is 410 days worth of B12. Over a year’s worth of B12 in 4 ounces? WTF?
…I dunno about the B12, but the container is PERFECT size for carrying salt tabs during an IM. I’ve used it in both of mine. Too bad that I lost the container and will have to find somewhere to buy another one! I’ll likely throw out whatever is inside.
I use empty Nuun containers for my salt tablets. Works fine for me. It’s a little tricky on the bike since the cap isn’t attached to the tube, but that’s nothing a zip tie and some super glue can’t fix.

It’s pretty common for recovery products and supplements to contain mega-doses of vitamins. For example Endurox contains 1330% of daily recommended vitamin E. There is little scientific evidence for benefits, and growing evidence for problems with mega-doses, so I stick with chocolate milk.

Nuun or those Airbourne cotainers! They fit in my palms perfect and work like a grip.
I’m no expert but I believe that your urine turns bright yellow because your body has absorbed all that it can and the rest is flushed out with the rest of the waste. Taking 1000 X more than your body can absorb isn’t going to do much more than make your kidneys work harder.
