3T Aura Pro aero bars elbow cups

I have a 3T Aura Pro aero bar system and they 42mm . I have the elbow cups set to max out position. I need to make it go out more .
Does anyone know how I can do this.

It has been suggested to 3T that they make extensions for the pads to go wider.

Someone has previously posted that these will work. They are made for Zipp bars.
