OK, who’s in? I’ll be there, my first time at Lake Placid and looking to better my IM time from Wisconsin last year. The family and I are staying in Saranac Lake.

IM USA #5 for me. Rented a house on Mirror Lake Drive.

I’ll be wearing Etonic running shoes and SPF 50.

Look for the Cleveland Tri Club “Red Menace.” We’re coming in force this year.

Mirror Lake Drive? Damn, that’s sweet. I’ll be there for the second time, seventh IM. Staying with the family in Jay.

I’ll be the guy in black neoprene and goggles at the swim start.

Oh sh*t! Only 3 weeks, and we chocked (my BF and I) our training today… We went 1h30 out of town in car to S(30Min)B(5-5h30)R(45min), and we chocked. It was freaking cold here, raining was obviously coming and we didn’t have proper cloths for the bike… we came back home, slept for 1h30, I did 1h30 trainer, and tomorrow we have no choice, we have to do that last long training…

Then taper… I can’t wait, I’m tired…

I’m in for IMUSA #4. Also staying on Mirror Lake Drive. Silver P3 Cervelo w/ Zipp disc; Mojo Multisport yellow jersey. Coming in with the family and some local tri friends who are also racing. A big hooahh to all those coming in from Chicago and Illinois.

2nd IM 1st LP

Did the multisports camp and I don’t look forward to the last 15-ish miles of the bike. I should have biked much, much more ;-(

I did however check my swimming stats for the year today and if I don’t swim another yard I will have swum 140.6 miles since IMLP06 which is unintentional, but pretty cool.

Nineteen is planning some special promotions in conjunction with High Peaks Cyclery in Lake Placid. We will have wetsuits on sale, some at special prices and I will also have our demo fleet there if people want to take a Tsunami or Frequency wetsuit out for a test spin on Mirror Lake. More details to follow.
