I am looking for information on this ride.
My family has decided to do a non-race this spring. But with my family it will turn into a race 
I am 54 and race tri’s about 10-15 per year. We live in the missouri ozarks so we get a lot of hills no mountains.
Brother is 49 lives close races tri’s , cat 4 & masters road
Daughter is a good athlete races both tri and road Do we need something bigger than a 25 in back? Where to stay that has some local flavor How hard is it anyone have a training plan that you may have used for this race? Any help welcomed
