Yeah, it’s always fun to look for the posts that he didn’t write because they’re not filled will random caps and all caps and other various mistakes.
I found an interesting article that shows how wrong he is. In week one of the current season, teams returned 75.6% of kickoffs. This is way up from the all-time low of 21.8% return rate in 2023, the last year before the dynamic kickoff change.
I know the new kickoff isn’t perfect, but IMO it’s more interesting and entertaining than watching them pound it out of the end zone 80% of the time.
It’s noticeable watching college games now. There are more touchbacks in college now than in the NFL.

I watched about 30 seconds of ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown show, that’s about all I can stand to listen to Stephen A. Smith. What a fucking blowhard that dude is. The small bit I heard he railed on about how prolific the Dallas offense is. How does he keep his job?
