Two words to them “y’on, y’own” LOL
Oh, I ain’t paying! I just said I’d get them if they allow it. I’m guessing the limit will be 4 anyway.
Tickets acquired, see y’all there
Just got 4 pit tickets for Rogers Stadium Toronto. ![]()
Me too! It was actually surprisingly easy. I was buckled in for a long, frustrating morning.
I was in & out in just a few minutes - kinda like those Spectrum parking lot “romances” from days gone by ![]()

It was always the KOP mall for us…
Nice! Having trouble accessing tickets, even though I registered for the pre-sale, not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Same.
No presale email this morning, and TM is telling me I can’t access any presales.
I’m on the FF newsletter/mailing list, so I got a presale a day early (today)
“Regular” presale is tomorrow
Ah yeah.. I just looked at my post above and it says Wednesday. I just saw the posts today and got FOMO ![]()
I wonder if the artist presale had ended by the time you tried? I signed up for it a few days ago, no code needed. Got the reminder email and just clicked the link when it was time. If you are looking for tickets for the Toronto show, you should be able to get them, the stadium is huge and there were tons available while I was on there.
It opened this morning while I was sound asleep at 10am, managed to grab some mid level bowl seated (Nationals Park), all GA floor and pit tickets were gone already.
Billy Strings 3 night run in Huntsvegas was fun. The orion amphitheater is a very nice venue.
Forgot about this thread - probably because I don’t go to many concerts any more…
Flew to NC last weekend, as my best friend lives in Black Mountain, but it was precipitated by Turnpike Troubadours playing in Asheville. Great show, and well worth the trip! Seats were excellent, on the floor 3 rows behind the GA:
A woman who D’Wife worked with in DE ages ago, invited us to join her at some Bluegrass festival next summer; maybe the Appel Farm one in Salem County?
She lost her husband a few years back, started learning banjo & ukulele and taking voice lessons with the idea to get a band together with other friends
D’Wife (jokingly) volunteered me to play bass for her
“Um, two things to think about here” I interjected “Firstly, that’s the tweedilly-deedilly, kinda music, right?”
The friend nodded in agreement with a chuckle
“Secondly” I added “They would most likely prefer an upright, double-bass ‘fiddle’ sort of operation; which I neither have access to, nor know how the fuck to play one”
Another nod
“I have, however, heard of ‘bass ukuleles’ or perhaps ‘bass banjos’ which I could maybe fuck around with and produce something of a ‘result?’”
D’Wife called it, then “Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Besides, you suck, normally, let alone with something ‘unproven’”
I gave up (admittedly, was trying to snag tickets on one laptop while simultaneously presenting a monthly service review to my VP on another
) after seats I selected just kept disappearing.
Figure I’ll just buy tickets when they go on sale to the public, or get them closer to the day of show.
Stage at Nats Park is center field facing home. I grabbed two in sec. 212, which is probably better than pit or GA for us given that I’ll be taking my 11yo. We’ll probably spend half the time walking the concourse or watching from the railings anyway.
