Ask usat to give you a copy of the insurance binder to prove your point, I wonder why they will just tell you to pound sand. Usat has done a great job snowing so many that never asks them to prove their crazy statement.
I mean if you can put forward and insurance certificate and policy that is “just as good” as USAT’s do it.

Has zero to do with a certificate. But please keep believing the USAT marketing. Just like all the numbers they have put out for years that they now with they release of data have been proven wrong they admiting they were just using USAT math on us. What I do know about other sports is the burden for events without paying a sanction fee is brutal.
You’re almost 100% correct in your whole thought process…You’re missing one huge point in all of this though.
You do miss out on the decades of USAT legal team that has proven to 100% valuable if something goes wrong in the event and it’s NOT the fault of the race director or its staff…

True as that may be I suppose his point is that work is entirely independent of the big salaries the CEO etc collects and the various things they spend budget on that has nothing to do with protecting races etc.
