2020 grams for my HED/Disc setup...too much?

Couple silly questions.

My clincher HED3/RENN 575 seems too heavy. 2020 grams. Does the weight negate the aerodynamics?

Maybe it’s just me, but for the life of me, I can’t seem to adjust to the disc. Not sure what it is, but it doesn’t feel right for me.

I actually feel better with my 24 spoke trainers. With that in mind, I thought about getting away from my setup and going to an aero spoke wheel.

The ZIPP 404 tubs weight around 1300 grams total. Is that a big difference with my current setup of 2020 grams? basically 1.5 pounds. BUt do the aero properties outweight that weight difference?

You would need to compare overall weight to the clincher pair to tubular pair (with tires since the wheel weights are different for the same wheel) and the weight will only make a difference on the front wheel as their aerodynamics are similar depending who you ask as the disc will always be better unless you race courses with massive hills and slow tricky decents over and over.
