First attempt at IM since 2015, I’m excited!! Racing with Team Smile Train.

I will be racing again. I think this is number 6 or 7. Sort of a local race from So Cal.

Not racing but volunteering and spectating our teammates and friends.

All are welcome to come by the TriScottsdale tent on race day for food, shade or a beverage. We will be on the run course under the bridge

Racing, wife is volunteering.

Third time lucky for me, had to pull out 3 weeks before start in 2017 due to fractured foot, subsequent operation in 2018 and so deferred to this year.

First IM since 2016

I am almost certain to sign up fro next year. I will be travelling from the UK and was after any advice on where to stay. I will be travelling solo and don’t want to rent a car so walking distance from the venue. Any recommendations?

this is IM #11 (1 a year) but first outside of Canada - given the flatter course i am hoping for a pb but i will accept any finish as its the journey that i love!

racing. 3rd IMAZ in the last 5 years. hopefully, 3rd time is the charm for good race

I will be racing. First time at Arizona, first IM since 2013. Should be a struggle but looking forward to it. I’m currently cramming in some long indoor bike mileage hoping that will offset my lackluster run training. What could go wrong?
