I wrote mine up a few days ago. 2012 and 2013 exist as well. http://www.thomasgerlach.com/…-bike-run-miles.html. I’m curious from looking at your numbers, which of the 3 sports is your strongest and which is the weakest?

The other category is mainly all weight training and around 7 hour of speed skating
Races 2014: 5xhalf IM, 3xIM, 1xOlympic, 1xsprint, 1x10K, 2x XC ski races
Race 2015: IM South Africa, IM Whistler, 70.3 WC Austria, a bunch of local 10K, half marathon, half IM (likely White Mountains half IM in Franconia notch and Tupper Lake),
I would also like to swim-bike and run up to the summit of Mauna Kea ideally this year (swim in Pacific, bike to 9300 ft, run to 13,700 ft)
I will target similar training load again this year.
