In 2011, Cervelo produced a batch of frames that had a seat tube that did not allow the seat post it shipped with to fit properly. The result was dimpling in the carbon fiber. I got one of those frames, so my local shop worked with Cervelo and replaced the frame under warranty. Except that by the time (late Sept) I noticed the flaw, 2011 frames were no longer in stock. So I got a 2012 as a replacement. Although they are identical (sans the seatpost issue which was by then resolved by Cervelo). My very reputable shop (Endurance House in Middleton, WI) did all of the very quality work on the replacement and rebuild. So now you know why I’m calling it a 2012.
The new frame, has just a few dozen (or fewer) miles on it. The rest of the bike, fewer than 500, and I don’t think I’ve ridden these wheels more than a handful of times. Just a small amount of training, and Ironman Wisconsin 2011 on this bike. I took good care of it. It is a fast, very nice bike. It has treated me well. I really would rather not sell it, but I am retired from triathlon and I am only cycling now. My hope is to sell the P2 and put the cash towards a new and needed roadie.
An Xlab Sonic Wing hydration kit with 2 cages is included at this price. So are wheels, but I stole the the tires and I can include some, but they won’t be new. You’ll need to supply pedals too.
I will sell this bike locally (Madison, WI area), preferably, but for anyone willing to pay for and be patient with me figuring out where to have it packed up and shipped from, can also purchase it.
Here is a breakdown on the specs:

I am now asking $1500. This bike is in great shape, and with the Sonic Wing, and taxes, cost about $2640. I will accept credit cards ($50 extra), money orders, and cleared checks.
If you have access to equally valuable road bikes that are new or near, I might do a trade.
